Its no surprise that Cate is often referred to as Sweet Cate, the most sweet loving 3-year-old little girl. A testament to her mother, who is just as sweet. We were so excited to get to celebrate turning THREE with her today. A little gathering on the National Mall on a 70 degree day couldn't have been better. Great friends, great kiddos, great cupcakes. After much running around, the children decided throwing rocks into a grate would provide entertainment. We probably could have sat for another hour and they all would have been perfectly content. At one point, it was a river, at another point, it was a tunnel. Those imaginations.....
