Standing On Her Own

Belle is standing on her own (with shoes on). She did it for me for about 20 seconds this morning and then we went to a music class and she did it twice there. When Kyle got home in the evening, she refused to stand... so he has yet to see it. She is still pretty wobbly, so we think she has a little way to go before she starts walking. This is a very fun and exciting development.

Belle is also crawling up the stairs like a speed racer.... I can't turn my back for a second. We're working on going down feet first - instead of head first... this will take some time.

She took her first tumble down the stairs, but only two stairs and I was there to catch her. It scared her a bit, but after the shock and crying, she was ready to climb again...
