Fourth of July

Happy 4th of July. 

 We started out our morning with a trip to Dunkin' Donuts for a red-white-and-blue treat. 

We had a nice relaxing weekend, seeing friends and ending with a spectacular fireworks show in DC.  When we're in town we head over to Kyle's office for ice cream and a great view from his balcony.  Best part is that we have parking and can beat the huge Mall crowd.

My little "movie star" girl (who dressed herself) and her sleeping brother.  Apparently all we need to do to get Quentin to sleep is go to an amazing fireworks show -- he slept through the whole thing.  Door to door we had a sleeping baby.  I think it was partly due to the fact that he maybe slept an hour and a half all day.  Too much excitement playing with daddy and big sis I suppose. 

Here come the giant sparklers.
