This weekend we hit the pumpkin patch. We've traveled the 1-hour to Great Country Farms for a couple years now, the drive is beautiful and the pumpkin patch is situated in a picturesque field with rolling hills in the background.
I just couldn't get over how cute this sweater and hat set was.... impulse purchase.
Annabelle decided ridding the pumpkin would be more fun than hunting for the great pumpkin.
Although, she did try to pick up a few of the big pumpkins.
Then she decided they were too "dirty" and she insisted on blowing off the dirt.
A quick snap shot of Quentin holding is own next to a big pumpkin (daddy spotting him). He can stand for about 2 seconds before he tips over.
Annabelle playing peek-a-boo with her hat.... cracking herself up.
And a few more pics with mommy and daddy
We could't leave without a tour around the actual festival. seeing the animals, taking a ride on the cow train. Here, a bouncing pillow that Annabelle loves to do. You can see the pure joy on her face, she loved it. Then, she begged me to play ring-around-the-rosie with her on the jumping pillow. After some hesitation, I obliged, why not? Of course, you can't get 1-hour out of town and not stop at a vineyard or two?
