We stayed in Washington DC to ring in the Inauguration of President Obama. I attended the WE Are One Opening ceremony concert on Sunday the 18th and we had our friends Shiloh and Dan and their baby Luke over on Tuesday to watch the festivities on TV where it was warm. The concert was amazing to say the least. My friend Jennifer Martin had a VIP ticket, so we actually got seats right up front, there were at least 400,000 people behind us watching the show. On Inauguration Day we wore "Washingtonian" t-shirts, Kyle was less than happy, but obliged. We popped champagne at noon (after the Presidential Oath of Office) and enjoyed the day with friends.
