We're home and so happy to see daddy again. Yesterday Kyle arrived home from work, opened the door and when Belle saw him walk up the stairs and yelled "DAAAADY" - it was the first time Kyle had heard her say daddy and his eyes lit up. She was very proud of herself as well. We had been working on it while in Minnesota. Today Kyle came home around 4:00 and played with Belle while I got a little quiet time before we headed to our favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner. We ordered a cheese quesadilla for Belle. She typically loves her quesadilla, but today she was only interested in lemons, puffs and the ice cream for dessert.
We have also enjoyed getting back into a routine, which includes seeing our friends Shiloh and Luke. We went to the pool yesterday and it was beautiful. It was so fun to catch up with them.
