Annabelle has loved playing with her cousins. She follows Mya around and wants to do everything she does. They have been making up games (see "beauty shop" below) and playing very well together. Mya is patient, her mama does daycare, so she's used to sharing. Belle on the other hand could use a lesson in taking turns, but she's learning quick around here with all the kids.
We visited Mya's school to see her Christmas program and were invited to her classroom for a cookie. Belle knew just what to do, she sat down at the snack table right next to Mya, and sure enough, she was handed a cookie.
We celebrated Christmas tonight with my mom and Len, Angie's family and Sara's family. Ethan got a ride-on 4 wheeler, which was a huge hit among the little kids, especially Annabelle.
The night wouldn't be complete without a slumber party, Belle's first. At one point Annabelle was actually snuggled up next to Mya, but the concept of "slumber party" was a bit lost on my little 2 1/2 year old.
