The Greatest Show On Earth

Two weekends ago we went to "The Greatest Show On Earth" -- the Barnum and Bailey's Circus. We forgot the camera, but managed to get out of the house on time. We picked up a disposable camera once we were in DC. The photos are horrible, but the experience was well worth it.

Quentin was with us, snuggled in his car seat at the time -- he slept through the entire show.

I swear, my lipstick did not look that bright in the tube. Annabelle loved the elephants the most, but was pretty entertained with the entire two hour show. We were three rows up from the floor, so we could see everything very well, which helps when you drag an almost three-year-old to the circus at 7:30 at night.
This is me attempting to document Quentin's first circus, he's still sleeping.
And my favorite photo of the night; Annabelle snacking on cotton candy wearing the "hat" that comes with it. Kids are drawn to the papery brightly colored hat and beg for the cotton candy, and at $14 a pop, its a racket.
