I love Annabelle's little feet tucked into her ballet slipper, her perfectly placed toes in first position, her pointed toe as she sashays across the floor, her tongue hanging out as she concentrates on her moves, her proud smile when she catches me looking at her. Annabelle loves taking dance class with her Bestie, Emelina, they are so cute together.
At the end of the recital, we gave the girls flowers... I mean, isn't that what you do at a girl's first recital? I hope I'm not setting precedence here, they were so excited.
Too much concentration to smile.
