What better way to spend an early afternoon than a picnic with dear friends down by the Tidal Basin. Under clouds of puffy white and pink peak-bloom cherry blossoms, the children snacked and played ring around the rosie. It was picturesque with warm temps and the Jefferson Memorial, Washington Monument and Tidal Basin all in view.
