Tourist Tuesday in Northwest DC

What a beautiful day in Washington DC. Belle and I met our friends Shiloh and Luke for Tourist Tuesday. We met at the lovely National Zoo. Right when we arrived I purchased a stuffed elephant for Belle, its just a baby elephant and she has a couple other animals of the same brand and loves them. We started our walk down a few blocks down to Woodley Park, we crossed the bridge going into Dupont Circle and somewhere along the way Belle threw her new elephant out of her stroller.... ugh, we were so sad. We turned around to look for it and actually found it, sitting on the wall of the bridge waiting for her new mommy (Belle) to find her again (the elephant is a girl too:)).

We stopped for some lunch and proceeded up a very long hill to the National Cathedral and then back through Cleveland Park, with a stop at a park for some fun for our little ones. It was a good 4 mile walk and a beautiful day for it.
